Norm Cavedo

President

Norm Cavedo is a former Big Four executive with more than twenty years of professional experience advising owners, developers, and investors on due diligence, development strategy, and financial analysis supporting real estate investment decisions.

Norm spent ten years with Ernst & Young’s Real Estate & Hospitality Advisory practice in Miami, where he advised clients on strategic development and expansion initiatives, business planning advisory services, valuation assignments, ownership structuring, and market analysis across multiple real estate asset classes.

Following his tenure at EY, Norm served as Director of Development for Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC), the development platform of CrossHarbor Capital Partners. LMLC develops large-scale resort residential and hospitality projects in Montana, including branded residential communities, private club operations, and supporting commercial developments.

Norm’s experience spans a wide range of real estate asset classes and investment structures. His work has included acquisition and development analysis for both single assets and portfolio investments, with particular experience in master-planned resort communities, hospitality developments, hotel portfolio transactions, timeshare and vacation ownership projects, residential communities, office properties, recreational facilities, land development, and specialized real estate assets such as marina developments, golf facilities, data warehouses, and indoor water parks.

In addition to development and investment advisory work, Norm has also provided strategic operational planning guidance for large-scale multi-use real estate developments.

Norm has led and participated in engagements throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, and Europe, supporting clients in both urban and resort markets across multiple hospitality chain scales and positioning strategies.

His advisory experience also includes participation in business plan reviews and strategic initiatives for a luxury hotel development, a global cruise company, a resort vacation company, and a strategic expansion initiative for a boutique camp-style resort hospitality concept.

Norm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is fluent in English and conversational in Portuguese and Spanish. He has also participated as a speaker at industry conferences including ULI Latin Market Real Estate and Hotel Opportunities in Latin America.
