President
Norm Cavedo is a senior real estate and investment advisor with more than two decades of experience across real estate development, hospitality investments, and strategic advisory. As President of 22 Investments, he advises owners, developers, and investors on investment analysis, due diligence, development strategy, and financial analytics that support complex capital allocation decisions.
Prior to founding 22 Investments, Norm spent ten years with Ernst & Young in the firm’s Miami Real Estate & Hospitality Advisory practice, where he worked on strategic development planning, valuation, business planning, ownership strategy, and market analysis across a wide range of real estate asset classes.
Following his tenure at EY, Norm served as Director of Development at Lone Mountain Land Company, the development platform of CrossHarbor Capital Partners, participating in large-scale resort residential and hospitality projects in Montana including branded residences and club operations.
Norm holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and has participated as a speaker in industry conferences including ULI Latin Market Real Estate and Hotel Opportunities in Latin America.
